Brief Description
On M. Basdeki Street, near the railway station of the city of Larissa, overlooking the park, a five-story apartment building with ten apartments and exclusive residential use was built on a plot of 280.00 sq.m. a five-story apartment building with ten apartments for residential use only. Each floor, and each apartment individually, is differentiated and designed according to the owners’ requirements, without however affecting the aesthetics of the facade, where straight and curved surfaces “marry” to create a harmonious building.

Brief Description
In Charavgi, an area of the city of Larissa with an increasing construction activity over the last five years, a five-story residential building was designed and constructed on a corner plot of 630.00 m² with the design principle of maximum transparency in its apartments. Two main building volumes make up the building and are connected to each other through the common staircase, which now plays an important role in the composition. Morphologically, the designers’ intention to create a unified architectural whole is clearly evident.

Brief Description
On a medium-sized plot facing Karathanou Street, very close to the commercial center of Larissa, a five-story urban apartment building with six apartments was designed and constructed. The designer ‘s desire was to create an “apartment building” in which the apartments would have an aesthetic volumetric differentiation between them. Surfaces and volumes protrude or recede from the basic building volume, creating perfectly functional floor plans and an interesting volumetric appearance.
