Pelion - Country Houses
In Agios Georgios Nilias, on a 2,000 m² plot, a traditional Pelion settlement is being built, consisting of eight independent two-storey houses. The settlement is located at the western entrance of the village, with direct access from the main road.
The unique location of the plot – with impressive views of the Pagasetic Gulf – in harmony with traditional Pelion design, uniquely determined the morphology and functionality of the residences. The topography formed the basis for the location of the residences, firstly on two levels and secondly in a horizontal stepped development, so that they would blend perfectly into one of the most traditional villages of Pelion.
The residences are developed on three levels, the basement, the ground floor, and the first floor, with the main purpose of taking advantage of the panoramic view from every location. The outdoor space belonging exclusively to each residence is formed by gardens and open spaces within the natural environment itself, making each residence unique.
