Construction of national, provincial or inter-municipal motorways, roads within settlements and other vehicular roads or pavements and airport runways.
Construction of coastal and port works, dams, weirs (sluices and related hydraulic structures.
Execution of renovation and redevelopment projects for public, municipal, and private spaces and buildings and their exploitation.
Civil engineering constructions.
Facility Management – Maintenance services (preventive, regular, and corrective), security, cleaning, and support for the operation of facilities.
Preparation of technical and economic investment studies.
To achieve its purpose, the Company may:
a) Participate or collaborate, with its own capital, with other businesses or companies, of any legal form, regardless of legal type, existing or to be established in Greece or abroad that have any legal purpose.
b) Cooperate with other natural or legal persons in any appropriate manner and legal form.
c) Register in the YPAPEN Company Experience Registers (MEEP Register) based on Law 2940/2001.
d) To exercise and develop any business or investment activity that may facilitate the operation and development of this company and/or the companies in which it participates.
e) to participate in tenders of the State, Legal Entities of Public and Private Law, Organizations, and Individuals.
f) To provide sureties or guarantees in favor of third parties, natural or legal persons, with whom it cooperates or in which it or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies participate, as well as to provide them with any necessary support, for the benefit of the company and the achievement of its corporate purpose, providing all kinds of security, whether contractual or real.
